The United States have four major time zones: Eastern Standard Time (EST), Central Standard Time (CST), Mountain Standard Time (MST) and Pacific Standard Time (PST). When it is 11 AM in EST zone, it is 10 AM in CST zone, 9 AM in MST zone and 8 AM in PST zone.
