In addition, there are cases when a wise executor should act according to a situation. For instance, I would fire some people for tardiness, but others, who have flexible work schedule would not be punished even for truancy. It is hardly possible to outline all the acts which would lead to the dismissal from my organization.
The main reasons for dismissal are therefore the lack of self-development in employees, dishonesty and probably, the considerable violations of some organizational rules.
