Reaction papers are often assigned teachers after the discussion of a book or a movie. The purpose of the reaction paper is to provide the writer's feeling about the reading. Thus, the major points to consider are whether the writer agrees with the author of the book, the most appropriate perspective, from which the reading can be evaluated and the writer's perception of the situation or concept, discussed in the book.
